Take this guide and explore the world through the eyes of like-minded bon vivants. Be curious. This is your journey.
PURCHASE & PAYMENT
How do i make a purchase?
Just browse through the different cities and find your local soulmates who fit best to your own style. Once you have found your local soulmates, add them to "your suitcase" with the button underneath. Add a collector and finish your shopping process by "check out". Fill in your shipping address, your payment details and purchase your personal travelguide.
How do i know if my order was placed?
You will immediately get a confirmation mail. If not, please get in touch with us: sales@nectarandpulse.com
When will the payment be processed?
If you pay via paypal/creditcard, the cost will immediately deducted from your balance. If you choose paying via bank transfer, your order will be sent to you as soon as the money arrives on our account.
Is it possible to change my shipping address after i´ve placed my order?
Yes, you can change your shipping adress within 2 hours after your purchase. please drop us a line: sales@nectarandpulse.com
DELIVERY:
All orders will be processed within 48 hours from the date of order at the shown prices delivery conditions to the given address. Note, that delivery dates are without obligation. If you prefer premium or express delivery, write us an email: sales@nectarandpulse.com
If the parcel returns, due the an incomplete or incorrect address or because you refuse to accept it or didn´t pick it up at your post office in time, you will be charged for shipping costs back to NECTAR & PULSE.
How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs can varie to different countries. You can check them in the order form after you have entered your address.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
GERMANY: 1-3 DAYS
AUSTRIA: 2-4 DAYS
REST OF EUROPE: 2-5 DAYS
NORTH AMERICA: 4-12 DAYS
SOUTH AMERICA: 4-12 DAYS

RETURNS
Since we customize your own personal travelguide we cannot accept any return or refund after your purchase of any product.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you are able to cancel your order within 2 hours after your order. Once the order has been shipped, you will be charged for the return shipment.
